优质护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后生存质量的影响分析

Effect of quality nursing on postoperative quality of life in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma

目的探究优质护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后生存质量的影响。方法抽取来我院就医的103例急性闭角型青光眼患者(2016年1月~2017年1月)作为此次实验的目标对象,经伦理委员会通过批准对103例患者进行随机对照分组。对照组51例患者应用一般护理,实验组52例患者应用优质护理,研究对比两组急性闭角型青光眼患者的生存质量评分、焦虑评分、舒适度评分及满意度。结果实验组52例患者干预后焦虑评分、舒适度评分、心理健康、躯体健康、物质生活及社会功能评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组52例患者的满意度为96.15%,显著高于对照组(76.47%)(P<0.05)。结论对急性闭角型青光眼患者采取优质护理,能显著改善患者的生存质量,护理效果较显著。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on postoperative quality of life in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 103 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma cured in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the target of the experiment.Approved by the ethics committee,103 patients were randomly divided into two groups.51 patients in the control group were treated with general care.52 patients in the experimental group were treated with quality care.The quality of life score,anxiety score,comfort score and satisfaction of the patients with acute angle closure glaucoma in the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety score,comfort score,mental health,physical health,material life and social function score of the 52 cases in experimental patients were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the satisfaction rate of the 52 patients in the experimental group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（76.47%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quality nursing for patients with acute angle - closure glaucoma can improve the quality of life and improve the nursing effect.
