惠州市精神科护士工作压力与应对方式的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的对惠州市精神科护士工作压力及其应对方式进行调查,并对二者之间存在的相关性进行分析。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法于2015年9月~2016年4月选取惠州市第二人民医院、惠州市复员退伍军人医院、广东省第三荣军医院的精神科女性注册护士180名,采用护士工作压力源量表、简易应对方式问卷进行问卷调查。采用SPSS15.0统计学软件进行数据处理和分析。结果已婚和未婚的精神科护士工作压力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄的精神科护士在患者管理、工作环境及资源方面比较,差异有统计学意义(F=6.56、4.34,P<0.05)。不同学历的精神科护士在护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配方面比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.22、2.81,P<0.05)。护龄不同的精神科护士工作量及时间分配、患者护理、工作环境及资源方面比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.35、4.12、3.97,P<0.05)。职称不同的精神科护士工作量及时间分配方面比较,差异有统计学意义(F=3.74,P<0.05)。不同年龄、婚姻、学历、护龄、职称的精神科护士积极应对和消极应对方式比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。积极应对与工作压力呈负相关,消极应对与工作压力呈正相关。结论年龄小、学历高、护龄长的精神科护士工作压力较大,他们采取的应对方式相似。医院护理管理人员及护士应学会采取积极的应对方式减轻其工作压力。面对消极应对工作压力的护士,护理管理者应给予积极的引导使其释放内心压力。 Objective To investigate on work stress and coping styles of psychiatric nurses in Huizhou,and to analyze the correlation between the two. Methods Cluster random sampling method was used to select 180 female registered nurses in psychiatric department from Huizhou Second People' s Hospital,Huizhou Veterans Hospitaland Guangdong provincial Third Invalides Hospital from September 2015 to April 2016.Questionnaire surveys were carried out by using the nurses' work stressor scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.SPSS15.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis. Results There was no significant difference between married and unmarried nurses in psychiatric department (P 〉 0.05).There were significant differences in the aspects of patient management,working environment and resources between different ages of psychiatric nurses (F--6.56,4.34, P ~ 0.05).There was a significant difference in the nursing profession and work,workload and time allocation between the nurses with different educational background (t=4.22,2.81,P 〈 0.05).There were significant differences in the workload and time distribution,patient care, work environment and resources of nurses with different ages of Nursing (t=-5.35,4.12,3.97,P 〈 0.05).There were significant differences in the workload and time distribution of psychiatric nurses with different titles (F=3.74,P 〈 0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive coping style and negative coping style among the nurses with different age,marriage,education,nursing age and professional title (P 〈 0.05).Positive coping style was negatively correlated with job stress.Negative coping was positively correlated with job stress. Conclusion The working stress of psychiatric nurses with small age,high education level and long nursing age is greater,and the coping styles are similar.Nursing administrators and nurses should learn how to take positive measures to reduce their work pressure.In the face of negative coping pressure of nurses,nursing managers should give positive guidance to release their inner pressure.
