摘要
随着云桂、沪昆铁路全线开通运营,宣告云南进入"高铁时代",高铁客站商业经营开发应该主动适应"高铁时代"的新要求和新机遇。从营销的角度出发,结合高铁客站的营销特征和多年的工作实践,分析"互联网+"、"人流量"、"数据分析"和"服务延伸"等经营思维和理念在高铁客站商业经营的运用,以推动高铁客站商业经营业绩的稳步提升,实现效益最大化。
With the opening of Kunming-Guilin railway and Shanghai-Kunming railway, Yunnan province enters 'the age of high speed railway'. High speed railway station business development would meet new requirements and new opportunities. Based on the years of marketing practice, this issue analyzes the ideas using in high speed railway station business such as 'internet+', 'passenger volume', 'data analysis', 'service extension', so as to improve the operating performance and the benefits.
