摘要
衣原体(chlamydia)是人类重要的致病菌之一,不同衣原体感染会引起多种人类疾病。因此,衣原体研究正逐步受到广泛的关注。依据近年来国内外衣原体的研究进展,概述了荧光下等位基因交换突变(fluorescence-reported allelic exchange mutagenesis,FRAEM)技术、分离纯化衣原体的空斑技术、质粒载体的构建及转化技术、蛋白质谱技术在衣原体研究中的应用进展。
Chlamydia is one of the important human pathogens,infection from different, types of Chlamydia can cause a variety of human diseases. Therefore, chlamydial research is gradually in attraction of widespread attention. In this article, we introduce the major experimental techniques used in Chlamydial research in recent years, which inc|ude fluorescence-re- ported allelic exchange mutagenesis (FRAEM), plaque assay (isolation and purification of Chlamydia), construction and transformation of plasmid vector, and protein mass spectrometry.
