小脑蚓部毛细胞黏液样星形细胞瘤一例
摘要
患者男,1岁,以＂频繁性呕吐伴行走不稳1月余＂为主诉入院。1个月前无明显诱因出现频繁性呕吐,具体次数不详,呕吐物为进食奶粉,量中等,呕吐后患者哭闹减轻,发病后患者精神差,饮食一般,曾多次就诊外院,以＂胃肠疾病＂诊治（具体不详）,上述症状反复发作。
