摘要 长安汽车全球研发中心办公楼地下1层,地上5层,地上结构高度23.8m,整体结构呈回字形,平面尺寸长和宽均为162m,2层由于功能需要楼板严重消弱,4层和5层结构沿建筑四周整体外挑9m,结构存在楼板不连接、穿层柱、大跨度转换、层间受剪承载力不满足规范要求、竖向构件外挑较大等结构设计难点。论文根据构件的重要性提出不同的性能化目标,通过不同程序分别进行了小震弹性、中震不屈服及大震弹塑性难分析,并根据分析结果采取相应的抗震加强措施,以实现抗震设防目标。 TheChanganAuto OfficeofglobalR&DCenter 1 floorundergrotmdand5 floorsontheground, the ground structure of 23.8m, the overall structure is back to shape, the plane size o flength and width is 162m, 2 layers due to serious floor functions need to be weakened, 9m picked 4 layer and 5 layer structure along the sides of the building overall, structure the floor is not connected, wear layer column, large span conversion, intedaminar shear strength does not meet the standard requirements, the vertical component of one of difficulties in the design of large structure. The performance of different targets according to the importance of the members, the difficult analysis of aseismatic and elastic-plastic elastic, small earthquakes are performed using different procedures,take corresponding measures to strengthen the earthquake according to the analysis results, the fortification goals.
