摘要
论文主要研究膨胀剂和减水剂免振压水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响规律,其中力学性能主要包括:无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度,并对力学性能指标进行相关性分析。研究表明:膨胀剂对免振压水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度、劈裂影响较小,但早期强度随着掺量的增加反而略有下降;免振压水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度随着减水剂的掺量提高而显著增加,当减水剂掺量大于4%时,强度提高不明显,甚至出现7d强度在掺量大于4%时有所下降的现象。
Vibration in this paper, we study expansive agent and water reducing agent to avoid the influence law of mechanical properties of the cement stable macadam mixture, and mechanical properties mainly include: the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, and the correlation analysis was carried out on the mechanics performance index. Studies showed that the expansion agent to avoid vibration pressure cement stabilized gravel unconfined compressive strength, splitting is affected, but instead, early strength increased with the increase of dosage declined slightly; Free vibration pressure of cement stabilized macadam unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength significantly increased with the dosage of water reducing agent to improve, when the dosage of water reducing agent is more than 4%, the strength increase is not obvious, appear even 7 d intensity when the content is more than 4% decrease in the percentage of the phenomenon.
