节段箱梁预制冬季施工方法探讨

Discussion on Construction Method of Precast Segmental Box Girder in Winter

在冬季进行节段箱梁预制施工时,由于气温比较低,风力会对钢筋焊接、混凝土浇筑产生影响,同时对混凝土的施工性能也会造成较大的影响,因此,在施工时要采取有效的技术措施,保证施工质量。论文以实际工程为例,对冬季施工的特点进行介绍,并且从模板施工、钢筋施工、混凝土施工等方面对节段箱梁预制冬季施工进行了探讨。

For segmental box beam prefabricated construction in winter because of relatively low temperatures, wind will affect the concrete pouring of steel welding, at the same time, the construction performance of concrete will cause great influence, therefore in the construction should take effective measures to ensure the quality of construction. In this paper, the actual project as an example, first of all, the characteristics of winter construction is introduced, and then from the template construction, steel construction, concrete construction and other aspects of the precast box girder precast winter construction were discussed.
