随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各地城镇化、工业化建设的进程不断加快,在这一进程中逐渐凸显出两个方面的问题:环境污染、资源短缺现象加重;人口增速与日渐稀缺的土地资源之间的矛盾愈演愈烈。为了缓解以上问题,社会各行各业都在努力改善行业环境,国家也提出了节能减排的方针、政策,希望借此能有效解决问题,在房建工程中,努力加大对各种类型的节能技术的应用以便达到节能减排的目的。论文针对房建施工中节能技术应用进行探究,希望能够促进房建施工中对建筑节能技术的重视和应用推进。
