茌平县位于山东西北部,历史文化悠久,拥有徒骇河、金牛湖、圆铃大枣、生态农业等优质旅游资源。茌平依托丰富资源,清晰规划乡村旅游的发展,挖掘文化内涵,形成了特色突出的旅游目的地。但是,茌平乡村旅游还存在着基础设施落后、资金短缺、人才与管理不专业、客源不稳定等问题。为解决这些问题,需要通过拓宽融资渠道,完善基础设施;加强人力资源建设,培养专业人才;加强管理制度、法律法规建设,规范经营管理;加大市场研究与宣传力度,拓展客源等措施,提升全县乡村旅游水平,促进全县文化旅游产业蓬勃发展,富裕全县百姓,实现建设美丽乡村旅游目的地的目标。

Chiping is located in the northwest of Shandong. The history is glorious, the cuhure accumulates deeply. Chi- ping has taurus lakes, round bell jujube, high-quality resources, ecological agriculture and so on. It relies on abundant re- sources, and plans to develop rural tourism clearly. Chiping excavates cultural connotation and forms the unique characteris- tics of tourist destination. At the same time, Chiping rural tourism has the problems of poor infrastructure, shortage of funds, talents and management is not professional, tourism product development is not enough, customers is not stable and so on. To solve these problems, Chiping needs to broaden the financing channels to perfect infrastructure;strengthens the construction of human resources to train professional talents ; strengthens the construction of management system, laws and regulations to standardize the operation and management; Increases the intensity of market research and publicity to expand customers. Through the above measures to enhance the level of the county rural tourism and promote the county cultural tourism industry booming, rich the county-wide people, achieve the goal of building beautiful rural tourism destination.
