随着人口流动的加快、家庭模式及传统孝观念的转变,空巢老人的幸福感、尊重感和成就感降低。传统观念的淡化、老龄化社会的到来、家人慰藉的缺失、老人自身思想的固化等是空巢老人问题产生的原因。对此,应当通过转变传统孝道观念、完善相关制度的保障、提高家庭关爱程度以及促使老人保持身心健康来应对空巢老人问题,提升其幸福感、尊重感和成就感,让空巢老人更愉快地生活。

The weakening of traditional ideas, the arrival of an aging society, the lack of family comfort and the solidification of their own thinking are the causes of the problem of empty nest elderly.In this regard, change the traditional concept of filial piety, improve relevant systems of protection, improved family care and the elderly to maintain mental and physical health problems to deal with empty-nesters, with happiness, respect and fulfillment, made of empty nest elderly more enjoyable life.
