摘要
针对TAFE(职业技术与继续教育)派驻外籍教师在甬文化适应情况,结合问卷和半结构化访谈,从生活适应、人际适应、工作适应和心理适应四个维度对外籍教师的跨文化适应情况进行探索分析,对影响其跨文化适应因素如文化差异、社会支持及外教自身跨文化能力等进行考察研究,提出促进其适应当地文化的措施。
By adopting the methods of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, the study analyzes the cross-cul- turai adaptation of 5 Australian teachers who work in a Sino-Australian program in a Ningbo vocational institute. Also, the influencing factors such as Chinese language proficiency and religion of the teachers are investigated. By doing so, the study aims to provide some insights for assisting the adaptation of foreign teachers who work in Sino-Australian programs in China.
