朋辈群体是指在年龄、经历、价值观念等方面具有相似性的青年大学生自发形成的非正式群体。群体成员关系平等、凝聚力强并形成了特定的群体文化。在思想政治教育中,有利于发挥榜样示范作用,但也给教育效果带来不确定影响。所以,要通过培养群体核心人物、引导群体文化建设等策略发挥朋辈群体在大学生思想政治教育中的积极作用。

Peer groups refers to the informal groups of college students which form spontaneously of young college students with similar characteristics in age, experience and values. Group members＇ equal relationship, strong cohesion and the formation of a specific culture form the specific group culture, in Ideological and political education, it is not only beneficial to play an exemplary role, but also bring uncertainty to the educational effect. Therefore, guide the group culture construction strategies through the cultivation of core group of characters, and play a positive role in peer group in college students＇ Ideological and political education.
