摘要
目的:对单方中药地骨皮中蒽醌成分对高脂血症大鼠体内脂代谢的调节作用进行研究。方法:采用SD大鼠作为实验动物,通过以高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠作为动物模型。使用地骨皮游离蒽醌对高脂模型大鼠进行干预实验。结果:高脂饲料诱导高脂血症大鼠后,实验组模型组大鼠的总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量明显降低,提示地骨皮蒽醌类成分具有良好的降脂作用。结论:和模型组比较,地骨皮游离蒽醌能显著降低高脂大鼠的总胆固醇、总甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白。
Objective : To research the regulation effect of lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats by using free anthraqui- none in Cortex Lycii Radicis (Di Gu Pi). Methods: SD rats were induced to the hyperlipidemia models with high fat di- et. Free anthraquinone from Cortex Lycii Radicis was used to intervene. Results : The levels of total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride (TG), and low density lipoprotein(LDL) hyperlipidemic rats induced by high fat diet, decreased significant- ly compared to experimental model group, suggesting Digupi Anthra quinones have good lipid -lowering effect. Conclu- sions:Anthraquinone in Cortex Lycii Radicis has a significant lipid -lowering effect.
