凝结芽孢杆菌对朝鲜鹌鹑生长性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Bacillus coagulans on Growth Performance, Egg Quality and Serum Antioxidant Index of Korean Quails

摘要 为探究不同水平的凝结芽孢杆菌制剂对朝鲜鹌鹑生长性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响,试验选取300只蛋用朝鲜鹌鹑,随机分为5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.15%、0.2%和0.3%的凝结芽孢杆菌制剂。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验3组的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);试验1、2、3和4组的蛋白高度和哈夫单位极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验1、2和3组的蛋壳强度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验3组血清中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验1、2和3组血清中的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著提高(P<0.01),试验2组血清中的丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌制剂可提高朝鲜鹌鹑的生长性能,改善蛋品质,提高血清抗氧化能力,添加量以0.2%较为适宜。 To study the effects of different levels of Bacillus coagulans on growth performance, egg quality and serum antioxidant indices of Korean quail, 300 laying Korean quails were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 Korean quail per replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the experimental groups were added 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2% and 0.3% Bacillus coagulans in basal diet. The results showed that the average daily gain of group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Albumen height and Haugh unit of group 1, 2, 3 and 4 were siginificantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Egg shell strengthen of group 1, 2 and 3 was siginificantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Catalase (CAT) in serum of group 3 was siginificantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in serum of group 1, 2 and 3 was siginificantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Malondialdehyde (MDA)in serum of group 3 was siginificantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). The results indicated that supplementation of Bacillus coagulans could improve growth performance, egg quality and serum antioxidant capacity in Korean quails, the optimal supplementation level of Bacillus coagulans in diet was 0.2%.
