黑龙江省西部地区节水灌溉工程适宜性评价

摘要 为促使黑龙江省西部地区高效节水灌溉工程效益发挥最大化,建立了节水灌溉工程适宜性评价指标体系,补充完善了技术类评价指标,并应用半结构性模糊决策模型,优选出黑龙江省西部地区适宜的节水灌溉工程。评价结果表明:当前黑龙江省西部地区节水灌溉工程的优先发展顺序依次为中心支轴式喷灌、绞盘式喷灌、滴灌、移动管道式喷灌。 The suitability evaluation index system of water-saving irrigation project was established in order to maximize the benefit of these projects in western regions of Heilongjiang province. The most suitable water-saving irrigation project was elected by the semi-structured fuzzy decision model. The conclusion shows that the priority order of the water-saving irrigation project in western region in Heilongjiang province is the center pivot irrigation, winch sprinkler irrigation, drip ones and mobile pipe sprinkler irrigation.
