With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward the construction of new socialist countryside in the new historical period and the new stage of development, fully embodying the importance of rural development. Agriculture is one of the important basic industries in our country, and people pay more and more attention on farmland water conservancy project construction under the background of new era. Our country is agricultural country. Construction of farmland water conservancy project benefits the nation and the people, which can not only promote the rapid development of economy in our country, but also be able to speed up the pace of the construction of new socialist countryside in our country. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of farmland water conservancy projects in China under the background of the new period, and puts forward some effective strategies according to their many years of experience, so as to provide valuable reference materials for the management of farmland water conservancy projects in China.
