探讨中药汤剂联合西药三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果

Objective to Investigate the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

目的探讨中药汤剂联合西药三联法治疗十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果。方法将2014年1月-2017年1月收治的十二指肠溃疡患者126例作为研究对象,随机的分为研究组和对照组各63例,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林三联法进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药方剂健胃愈疡散进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果和预后。结果研究组患者Hp根除率为95.24%,溃疡面积缩小率87.30%,痊愈率为96.83%,对照组分别为85.71%、46.03%、77.78%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出院后24周和48周的Hp再感染率为6.67%、3.28%和13.33%、11.48%,对照组分别为18.52%、16.33%和48.15%、46.94%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均出现头晕、口干、恶心、心悸等不良反应,其中研究组不良反应发生率为12.70%,对照组为11.11%,组间比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论在传统三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡的基础上联合使用中药方剂健胃愈疡散可提高患者治疗效果,减少Hp再感染和溃疡复发率,效果显著,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with west- ern medicine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were 126 cases of duodenal ulcer patients as the research object, randomly divided into study group and control group with 63 cases in each group, the control group were treated with omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxieillin triple therapy treatment, the patients in the observation group in the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Jianwei Yuyang Powder for treatment, observation of therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups of patients. Results Patients in the study group Hp eradication rate was 95.24%, the ulcer size reduction rate was 87. 30%, the cure rate is 96. 83% , the control group were 85.71% , 46. 03% , 77.78%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; patients in study group were discharged after 24 weeks and 48 weeks of Hp infection rate was 6. 67% , 3.28% and 13.33% 11.48% , the control group were 18.52%, 48.15%, 16. 33% and 46. 94% , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; two patients were dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, palpitation and other adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions of the 12. 70% groups, the control group was 11.11%, little difference between the groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of traditional triple therapy in the treatment of duodenal ulcer, the use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Jianwei Yuyang Powder can improve the treatment effect, reduce the recur- rence rate of Hp infection and ulcer, the effect is significant, can be widely used.
