摘要
分析了我国物流运输领域的立法现状,并指出我国企业物流运输中常见的法律问题,有针对性地提出解决这些问题的措施,最后提出一些建议,以推动相关法律体系的完善,保障我国物流业平稳健康运行。
In this paper, we analyzed the current legislative status of the logistics and transportation sector in China, pointed out the common issues encountered in the logistics transportation activities of the Chinese enterprises, proposed the corresponding for their solution and at the end presented some pertinent suggestions.
