摘要
城市流与运输通道存在强烈的线路依赖性,依托于一体化的交通运输网络,距离阻抗变小会不断强化经济溢出。因此,在地理距离和时间距离矩阵下,结合偏微分法的空间杜宾模型(SDM),考察四川省空间关联效应的溢出路径,并提出相关政策启示。结果表明:地理邻近性和交通运输网络是影响经济增长溢出的重要因子;各投入要素对经济产出的影响效应有所差别,人均固定资产投资的直接效应最大,而市场化程度在时间距离矩阵下的溢出效应最大;有必要依托交通网络轴线,消除阻碍要素流动的行政壁垒,打破经济格局的路径依赖,增强城市经济联系。
In this paper, under the geographical and temporal distance matrix, and using the spatial Durbin model (SDM) in the partial differentiation methodology, we observed the spillover path of the spatial correlation effect of Sichuan and presented the relevant enlightenment for the policy makers. Through the observation, we concluded that: first, geographical proximity and traffic and transportation network were important factors bearing on the spillover of the economic growth; second, the input elements differed in their influence on the economic output, where the average fixed asset investment had the most pronounced direct effect and the extent of marketization the greatest spillover effect within the temporal distance matrix; and third, it would be necessary to rely on the axis in the traffic network to eliminate the administrative barriers to the flow of the elements, break the path reliance of the economic layout and reinforce the economic ties between the cities.
