Design of Knowledge Management System for Collaborative Logistics Business

为给协同物流运营提供便利,规范其运营知识管理并实现其业务自动感知等,在前期得出的协同物流业务知识结构的基础上,提出基于本体来构建协同物流的业务知识管理系统,分析了基于本体的协同物流业务知识的构成原理,建立了知识管理系统的功能结构;提出了协同物流业务本体的构建思路,建立了协同物流业务本体的构建方法、流程,并使用OWL构建了本体;建立了该知识管理系统的技术逻辑结构,选用Java、Jena等开发了对应的协同物流的业务知识管理系统。最后验证了设计的可行性。

In this paper, in order to provide facility to collaborative logistics operation, regulate the relevant operational knowledge and realize automatic operational perception and on the basis of the knowledge structure of the collaborative logistics business obtained previously, we proposed to build the knowledge management system for the collaborative logistics business based on ontology, analyzed the composition and working principle of the ontology-based knowledge of the eollaborative logistics business and established the functional structure of the knowledge management system. Next, we presented the line of thinking, method and process for the establishment of the ontology of the collaborative logistics business and used OWL to build its ontology. At the end, we set up the technical and logical structure of the knowledge management system, developed it using Java, Jena, etc., and verified the feasibility of its design.
