催化装置外取热器管程出口三通焊缝开裂失效分析 被引量:1

Failure Analysis on the Cracked Weld Seam of Outlet Tee Tube Used in the External Heat Exchanger of FCC Unit

摘要 针对某催化装置外取热器管程出口三通焊缝开裂失效的情况,通过化学成分分析、有限元应力分析、扫描电镜分析等手段进行了失效分析。结果表明,三通的开裂性质为应力腐蚀开裂。 In the case of cracking in the tee's welds of the external heat exchanger tube of a catalytic unit, failure analysis was performed by means of chemical composition analysis, finite element stress analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis and so on. The results showed that the cracks property of the tee was stress corrosion cracking.
