摘要
采用有限元方法模拟导波L(0,2)模态,对管道上的裂纹缺陷进行了研究,通过改变裂纹的宽度和长度定量分析裂纹缺陷的回波特征,并根据特征形态进行深入分析。结果表明:裂纹宽度对反射波在周向上的分布具有一定影响;裂纹反射面积小于管道横截面积的3%时,导波的反射系数低于5%,从而难以被检测到。
The finite element simulation of guided wave L (0,2) modes is used to study the crack defects in the piping. By changing the width and length of crack defects, the echo characteristics of crack defects are quantitatively analyzed. And the analysis is carried out based on the characteristic morphology. The results show that the width of the crack has some influence on the circumferential distribution of the reflected wave. When the crack reflection surface is less than 3% of the cross sectional area of the pipe, the reflectivity of guided wave is less than 5%, which is difficult to be detected.
