摘要 研究了外源添加皂苷对斑玉蕈生长发育的影响。结果表明:外源添加皂苷显著抑制了斑玉蕈菌丝的生长,并对菌落形态有所影响;显著增加了培养60 d的菌丝子实体的产量和数量,但对培养85 d的菌丝子实体影响不明显。当皂苷质量浓度为0.01 g/L和0.05 g/L时,培养60 d的菌丝子实体产量比未添加的85 d对照组高。外源添加皂苷后,斑玉蕈胞外纤维素酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性均呈现先降低后升高的趋势。 The effects of exogenous saponin on the growth and development of Hypsizygus marmoreus were studied. The results showed that exogenous saponin inhibited the mycelium growth of Hypsizigus marmoreus significantly,and had an impact on the colonial morphology. Exogenous saponin increased the yield and number of mycelia cultured for 60 d significantly, but had no obvious effect on the mycelia cultured for 85 d. When the concentration of saponin was 0.01 g/L and 0.05 g/L,the the fruiting body yield cultured for 60 d was higher than that of control cultured for 85 d. After adding saponin, the enzyme activity of excellular cellulase and β- glucosidase of Hypsizigus marmoreus decreased first and then increased.
