不同品种油用型牡丹的光合与生理特性及其与结实率的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 以引种在洛阳地区经初步产量筛选的20个油用牡丹品种为试材,于盛花期测定叶片净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,并将其光合及生理指标与种籽结实率进行相关性综合评价。结果表明:‘血染风采'‘枣园红'‘景泰蓝'和‘凤丹'的叶片具有较高的叶绿素含量,表现出较强的光合能力;其叶片可溶性有机物质的积累较多,并具有较高的酶活性。所有指标与种籽结实率均存在显著正相关,光合速率与结实率的相关性最高(0.938)。研究为进一步选育和推广油用型牡丹优良品种提供了理论依据。 The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content,catalase (CAT)activity, peroxidase (POD)activity were measured in flowering period, and the correlation between photosynthetic and physiological indexes and seed setting rate were comprehensively evaluated, taking 20 oil-used peony varieties selected for preliminary production in Luoyang area as test materials. The results showed that leaves of ' Xueranfengcai' , ' Zaoyuanhong' , ' Jingtailan' , ' Fengdan' had higher chlorophyll content, showing strong photosynthetic capacity. The accumulation of soluble organic matter in their leaves was higher and the enzyme activities were higher. There was a significant positive correlation between all indexes and seed setting rate, and the correlation between photosynthetic rate and seed setting rate was the highest(0. 938). The study provides a theoretical basis for further breeding and popularizing oil-used peony varieties.
