青菜对邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的积累和代谢初探 被引量:2

摘要 通过盆栽试验研究了邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)在青菜(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino)生长过程中的积累变化规律。结果表明:青菜对土壤中的DBP和DEHP的生物富集系数(BCF)分别为0.017和0.136,无生物富集效应。在青菜的生长周期内,DEHP的检出量在生长的前10 d增长较快,其后检出量快速下降并一直保持在较低水平;DBP的检出量则是在整个生长周期内一直保持在很低的水平。生长成熟时,青菜中DEHP和DBP的检出量分别为621.41μg/kg和37.29μg/kg,青菜对DEHP的吸收积累能力远强于DBP。 The variation of detectable amount of Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and Di-butyl phthalate (DBP) in growth process of Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino were studied by pot experiment with Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino. Experimental results showed that the biological concentration factor of DBP and DEHP were 0. 017 and 0. 136, there were no bioaccumulation effects. In growth cycle of Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino, detectable amount of DEHP grew rapid in the beginning of the ten days. Thereafter,the concentration of DEHP decreased significantly and remained at a low level until the end of the experiment. The concentration of DBP maintained at a very low level in the whole growth cycle. When it was grown mature, detectable amount of DEHP and DBP was 621.41 μg/kg and 37.29 μg/kg. Absorption and accumulation capability of it about DEHP was significantly stronger than DBP.
