摘要目的分析急性淋巴细胞性白血病患者血清及脑脊液胰岛素、白细胞介素水平的变化。方法选择安阳市中医院2014年10月至2016年10月收治的急性淋巴性白血病患者60例作为研究对象,将其设定为研究组,选取同期体检健康者60例设定为对照组。两组均进行血清及脑脊液中的胰岛素与白细胞介素指标检查,比较两组差异。结果研究组血清胰岛素中IGF-1和IGFBP-3低于对照组,IGF-2高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组脑脊液胰岛素中IGF-1、IGF-2和IGFBP-3均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者血清及脑脊液中IL-2低于对照组,IL-6、IL-8高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性细胞性白血病患者的血清及脑脊液胰岛素、白细胞介素水平对于疾病诊断及治疗具有一定的指导性意义。
