摘要
机场搬迁后区域的土地再开发是城市空间扩容提质的重要手段之一,能够为城区腾挪出宝贵的空间资源。文章针对旧机场地区长期以来独立于城市系统之外,与周边城市空间"割裂"的问题,在总结国内外旧机场地区再开发特点的基础上,以湛江旧机场地区土地再开发为例,对旧机场地区土地开发及规划进行研究,探讨机场搬迁后的地区如何由单一的功能单元向城市共享功能单元转变,重点提出缝合城市空间、注入多样创新功能、延续城市航空记忆和兼顾多方利益诉求等规划策略,旨在把握旧机场地区的更新机遇,提升地区土地价值。
Land redevelopment after airport relocation is conducive to urban space growth and improvement. Previous airport had its own system outside of and detached from the city. The paper concludes experience of overseas and domestic cases, studies transition of previous airport area from single functional area to public urban unit by means of integration with urban space, inflow of new industries, aviation heritage preservation, and multiple stakeholders benefit coordination.
