首都应用型本科高校大学生就业观的调查与研究——以北京联合大学为例

Investigation and Research on the Employment Outlook of Applied Undergraduate Students in Beijing City——Take Beijing Union University as An Example

大学生的就业问题是全社会共同关注的问题,就业观是影响大学生毕业后能否顺利就业的一项重要因素。本文通过对北京联合大学在校学生进行调查,以实际的调查数据为基础,分析首都应用型本科高校大学生就业观现状、就业观中存在的主要问题和影响学生就业观的主要因素,以期对首都应用型本科高校的人才培养和就业工作有一定的指导作用。

The employment of coUege students is a common c0ncem of the whole society. Employment outlook is an important factor that effect college students to obtain employment smoothly. To guide the capital application type undergraduate students to establish scientific outlook on employment and give some advice on talent training scheme to capital application type undergraduate colleges and universities. The employment oudook investigations were developed in Beijing Union University students. Some direct data were collected. Base on the data,the state and the problem that exit in applied undergraduate students＇ employment outlook was analyzed in this paper.
