摘要
实施创新教育是高校教育的重要任务。在学分制教学体制的环境下,高校教师应该以实现创新教育为己任,认真履行教师的职责,严谨笃学,自尊自律,打造和谐师生关系,提高业务水平,为培养具有实践能力和创新能力的杰出人才夯实基础。
Implementing innovative education has become the important task in the higher education. Teachers in the colleges should take the implementation of the innovative education as own duty in the credit education system, carry on the teachers＇ responsibility carefully;study the science knowledge seriously and be strict with themselves. Furthermore,harmony relation between students and teachers will be established. The professional skill will be improved. All of these works can lay a sound foundation for developing the outstanding figures with practice and innovation capability.
