高校优秀辅导员的内在特质研究

A Study on the Intrinsic Characteristics of Excellent Counselors in Colleges and Universities

在大学中,辅导员是各大高校中学生思想政治事业的主体,是引导大学生正常生活、学习的主体,是保障学生学习综合素质和专业素养的基石。因此,培养一支具有高素质的高校辅导员群体,对于大学生的身心健康发展,具有极大的影响和意义。我国开展"全国高校辅导员年度人物"的评选已经近十年,众多优秀的辅导员渐渐涌出大众的视野。本文对一个优秀辅导员的实例进行研究,详细地分析了高校辅导员在进行工作时的个人特点,总结了高校优秀辅导员的存在的内在特质,并且在最后提出了几点优秀高校辅导员的培养途径,供广大教育工作者进行探讨和研究。

In the University,the middle school counselors are subject to ideological and political work,is to guide students to normal life,the subject of study is to protect the students comprehensive quality and professional foundation. Therefore,cultivating a high-quality college counselors group,to the development of college students physical and mental health,has a great influence China＇s development and significance. ＂National counselors＇ person of the year＂ award has been nearly ten years,many excellent instructors come up to ＇public view. The example of an excellent instructor＇s research,detailed analysis of the personal characteristics of College Counselors in work,summed up high In this paper,the author points out the inherent characteristics of the excellent counselors,and puts forward some ways for the training of College Counselors.
