文化是人类创造出来的全部物质和精神财富的总和。而学园文化是在幼儿园所有管理者、教职员工、家长乃至孩子们共同创造出来的富有学园特色的文化。她是在长期的教育实践和管理过程中形成的价值观念、群体意识和行为规范的一种综合体。学园文化就好像是一根纽带,能将学园的每一位教职员工紧密联系在一起,使大家相互融合、融洽,富有归属感、集体荣誉感,具有积极向上的凝聚力,形成一个和睦、团结、向上、有爱的工作氛围,能共同完成学园一个又一个的工作目标。

Culture is the sum of all material and spiritual wealth created by human beings. But,culture is the faculty in the kindergarten of all managers,staff, parents and children together created rich cultural Academy. She is the value formation in the practice of education and management in the process oflong-term,a complex group consciousness and the code of conduct. It is a campus culture link can be closely linked to the school each staff,everyone mutual integration,harmony,rich sense of belonging to the collective sense of honor,has the positive upward cohesion,form a harmony,unity,to love the work,atmosphere,can to complete,one of the objectives.
