摘要
我校材料科学与工程专业2012年实施卓越工程师培养计划,目标是培养具有工程实践能力的无机材料工程型人才,而实验教学成为培养学生工程实践能力的重要途径。无机材料卓越工程师模块课程《无机材料实验》打破机械灌输式和简单模仿,学生围着老师转,实验成绩的评估仅是依靠教师根据最终实验报告评定为主的局限,凸显学生在实验中的主体作用和他们在实验中的思考与探索。建立先进科学合理的教学评价体系,改进现有的评价模式和考核方式,课程考核机制引入学生互评、专家打分等多种机制,避免了以实验报告做最终评价的片面性,更多关注学生的工程实践能力,促进和激发创新型学生的表现。
The excellence engineers training program was implemented in school of materials science and engineering in 2012, the goal is to cultivate the engineering practice ability of inorganic materials engineering talents. So experimental teaching has become an important way to cultivate students' engineering practice ability. Inorgarfic material .excellence engineers course "Inorganic Material Experiment" breaks the limitation of mechanical indoctrination and simple imitation, and also breaks the limitation that students run around teachers and the experimental results is only based on the assessment of final experimental reports. It highlights the subject position of the students and their thinking and exploration in the experiment. Scientific and rational teaching evaluation system was set up, the existing evaluation model and assessment methods were improved. Peer assessment and experts scoring and other mechanisms were introduced by this curriculum assessment mechanism, and it avoids the one-sidedness of traditional evaluation and pays more attention to the ability of engineering practice and stimulates the performance ofirmovative students.
