面向应用型人才培养的机械制造课程设计的改革与实践

The Reform and Practice on the Course Project of Mechanical Manufacturing for Cultivation of Applied-type Talents

机械制造技术水平是衡量一个国家综合竞争力的重要标志之一。机械制造工艺是机械加工的关键部分,它是一门技术学科,生产实践性很强,与机械制造工艺课程配套的相应实践教学环节机械制造课程设计,对学生的锻炼价值具有重大的意义。因此,本文分析了高校在培养应用型人才中遇到的理论与实践脱节的这一突出问题,结合机械制造工艺课程的特点,在我校机械设计制造专业应用型转型的背景下,提出了机械制造课程设计的改革措施,为今后提高教学质量,培养应用型人才打下良好基础。

Machinery manufacturing technology level is a measure of a country＇s comprehensive competitiveness, that is one of the important signs.Mechanical manufacturing process is a technical discipline which is a key of mechanical processing with strong practicality,and the Course Project of Machine Manufacture corresponding to the mechanical manufacturing process curriculum is one of practical teaching process,it is of great significance.Therefore,in the paper, the outstanding problems of detachment of the theory and practice in the cultivation of applied talents in civil colleges and universities was analyzed.Combining with the characteristics of the mechanical manufacturing technology course,under the background of applied transformation of mechanical design and manufacturing in our universlty,the reform measures for Course Project was put forwarded,which is able to promote the teaching quality,and beneficial to the cultivation of applied talents.
