Discussion on Exploration and Practice of Cooperation between University and Enterprise for Training Excellent Engneer

本文从校企联合培养卓越工程师后备人才的解决办法入手,系统地分析了目前的困难及其原因,阐述了校企联合人才培养实施过程中学校和企业在思想和行动上需采取的策略和保障手段,重点介绍了基于我校实际的探索性实践。

On the basis of discussing the solution scheme of culturing excellent engineer on the cooperation of university and enterprise,the paper systematically analyzes the current problems and their reasons,then demonstrate the mental transformation,behavior guide and safeguard measures which university and enterprise have to notice to implement the culturing excellent engineer by coorperation between universtiy and enterprise,finally puts emphasis on introduction of some real exploration and practice strategy in our university.
