摘要
本文通过对西安市6所幼儿园男教师生活状况进行问卷调查和深度访谈,了解西安市幼儿园男教师生存与发展困境,并分析其原因,力图寻求改善幼儿园男教师生存状况,提升幼儿园男教师职业认同感和工作潜能,从而达到促进幼儿的全面发展的目的。
This article through to xi 'an 6 kindergartens male teachers' living situation questionnaire and depth interview,understand the xi 'an kindergarten male teachers' survival and development dilemma,and analyze the causes, and tries to seek to improve the living situation of kindergarten male teachers,improve kindergarten male teachers' professional identity and work potential,so as to achieve the purpose ofprom0ting the all-round development of young children.
