高职食品加工技术专业“校企双主体”人才培养模式的构建

工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式是高职教育的主要特色,威海海洋职业学院食品加工技术专业进行了校企合作新模式的积极探索,提出了以"教学企业"为主基地的"校企双主体"人才培养模式的构建和思路,在教学模式、课程体系、课程建设、实践教学环境和师资队伍等方面展开研究和实践,取得了较好的效果。

The combination of work and study,school enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode is the main characteristic of higher vocational education,to actively explore new modes of cooperation of Career Academy Weihai marine food processing specialty,put forward a ＂teaching enterprise＂ base ＂between double subject construction＂ of personnel training mode and ideas in the teaching mode,curriculum system the research and practice of curriculum construction,teaching environment and teaching staff, and achieved good results.
