农村中学校园安全管理现状与对策分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and the Countermeasure about Rural Middle School Campus Safety Management

通过对部分农村中学安全管理现状的调查发现:一些学校存在的安全管理制度不健全、管理者安全意识不强、学校安全设施建设不足等现状难以适应学校安全管理工作的需要,必须从树立安全管理意识、加强安全文化建设、完善安全应急预案、构建协同管理机制、关注学生心理健康等方面进一步加强学校安全管理。

Through the survey about the present situation of safely management in rural schools,we found：there is something like haven＇t safety management system,management safety consciousness is not strong,the safety facilities is not enough,etc. This entire means that the present situation is difficult to meet the needs of the school safety management work. So,in order to strengthen the safety management in the school,we should set up the consciousness of safety management,to strengthen the construction of safety culture,safety and emergency plan,build collaborative management mechanism,focus on students＇ mental health,etc.
