情绪ABC理论在高校寝室人际关系中的应用——基于学生工作案例的分析

The Application Of ABC Theory in Colleges Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship——Based on the Student Work Case

寝室作为大学生"第一社会、第二家庭、第三课堂",而寝室关系作为大学生活最重要的人际关系之一,寝室关系的好坏对学生的学习、生活以及心理等各方面产生直接影响。为此本文以日常实际案例为出发点,结合情绪ABC理论,通过案例背景、案例分析、解决思路、实施办法以及经验启示这五个部分来具体剖析并重点阐述在解决高校寝室人际关系的工作方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Dormitory as college students ＂ the first society,the second family,the third class＂.the dormitory relations as one of the most important, relationships of university life.Dormitory relationship have a direct impact on students＇study,life,psychology and so on various aspects.With practical cases in this paper as a starting point,combinling the theory of emotional ABC,Though case background,analysis,solution,implementaion measures and experience revelation this five parts to specific analysis and focuses on solving the working method of dormitory interpersonal relationship,have certain reference significance.
