For the time since the Principles of Three Stricts andThree Steadies was put forward, vast amounts of conferences and discussions has been held throughout the country. On the background basis of Three Stricts and Three Steadies, this article illustrates the key points of the cultivation of students＇ sense o~ leadership, and presents with paths of innovation as well, under the guiding significance of student cadre＇s leadership cultivation, whereof referential significance can be presented to the cultivation of student cadres＇ leadership.
