摘要
云南高校应以"一带一路"为背景,加强专业建设,提高教学质量;以孔院为载体,深化与沿线国家的教育、科研合作;以中外合作办学为途径,积极"走出去",推动高等教育国际化发展。
Under the Belt and Road strategy,Yunnan universities should strengthen major construction,improve teaching quality;deepen education and research cooperation with countries along the belt and road by Confucius Institutes;and go out actively through Chinese-foreign cooperation in running school to improve higher education internationalization.
