中美高校大班授课小班辅导的对比与思考 被引量:1

摘要 大班授课小班辅导是解决高校扩招导致的学生数量激增与优秀师资力量短缺之间矛盾的重要举措。通过分析中美高校的历史沿革,对比了同类研究型高校的学生选拔机制、课堂教学模式、成绩考评体系、助教聘任体系等之间的差异,并针对中国国情提出了大班授课小班辅导的改革措施。 Large-class teaching and small-class tutoring mode is an important strategies to solve the problems caused by enlarge enrollment and the shortage of qualified faculties in the universities. By analyzing the different development of higher education system between China and America,students selection mechanism,classroom teaching mode,achievements evaluation system and teaching assistant system are also compared between the same type of research universities. Furthermore,some methods base on the actual conditions of China have been proposed to facilitated the reforms.
