中国传统文化下遗体捐献的医学伦理探析

The Body Donation of Medical Ethics Under China's Traditional Culture

随着现代医学教育的发展和社会观念的改变,人们对遗体捐献的认识和意愿在逐步发生变化。但是传统文化下伦理认知与现代医学教学的现状间仍然存在诸多矛盾与冲突,由于我国相关法律制度不完善,遗体捐献制度不规范,科普教育不足等多种原因阻碍了医学教育的发展。本文借鉴国外有关法律模式的概况与分析,以《上海市遗体捐献条例》为例,结合中国传统文化中人文情怀和现代社会主义观念进行探讨,从医学伦理角度对遗体捐献的制度建设问题提出思考。

With the development of modern medical education and the change of social ideas,people awareness of body donation and willingness to change gradually.But ethics cognition and modern medical teaching from the traditional culture still exists many contradictions and conflicts between the status quo,because our country related legal system is not perfect,the body donation system is not standard,a variety of reasons such as lack of popular science education hindered the development of medical education.This profile and draw lessons from foreign related legal pattern analysis,with ＂rules of Shanghai body donation＂ as an example,combined with humanity in Chinese traditional culture and modem socialist ideas were discussed,from the Angle of medical ethics system construction of body donation is thinking is put forward.
