摘要 本研究针对交通土建类国际化人才所需具备的能力,在双语教学、课程设置等方面总结了国内国际工程人才培养现状与存在问题,介绍了长安大学公路学院开设特色专业课、改革教学方法、编写双语教材等方面的经验,这些在激发学生的学习积极性、增强解决实际工程问题能力、提高跨文化外语交流能力等各方面都取得了显著的作用。 Focusing on the qualified ability of international talents in the field of civil engineering and architecture, this research summarizes the current situation and existing problems of talent training in international projects in China in aspects of bilingual teaching, curriculum determination and other topics, and introduces the valuable experience of School of Highway of Chang'an University in opening special courses, reforming teaching methods, and compiling bilingual textbooks, etc. All these have made a significant role in stimulating students' learning initiative, enhancing their abilities of solving practical problems and improving their cross-cultural conununication abilities in foreign languages, etc.
