The teaching strategy and evaluation framework of all-English-teaching course ＂Principles of Management＂ for construction management discipline have been explored within the context of ＂One Belt and One Road＂. The international perspective of students is expected to be cultivated and their application ability and comprehensive quality improved. Favourable conditions can be therefore created for the future education and sustainable career development of students.
