摘要
职教联盟协同合作育人,是大势所趋。本文以东莞职业技术学院为例,依托东莞印刷职教联盟,提出了"卓越技师"培养方案,构建了"全过程、交叉递进式"的教学方法和"1+1"导师教学模式,探索与实践了校企优势互补的人才培养机制,并成功实施到"当纳利卓越技师订单班",效果良好,对职教联盟的发展有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
