摘要
本文提出了电镀金刚线的主要技术要素,给出了电镀金刚线的系列检测方法,详细介绍了电镀金刚线的四化技术路线,深入分析了四化技术路线的优点、难点,最后指出了未来金刚线产品发展趋势。
The critical technology elements of were proposed in this paper. A series of test methods were also provided. Four modernizations technical routes of electroplated diamond wire are discussed in detail and their advantages as well as difficulties have been deeply analyzed.In addition, the developing trends of electroplated diamond wire products were prospected.
