Research on the Strategies of Provincial Scientific and Technical Information Institutions at the Service of Innovation-driven Development

[目的/意义]科技情报机构服务于创新驱动发展具有先天优势、潜力,但也存在不足,文章通过探索分析,找出最佳策略,以期能为省级科技情报机构拓展和优化服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以省级科技情报机构为调研对象,运用SWOT分析法,将机构服务于创新时存在的积极因素和消极因素相互匹配得到不同的发展战略。[结果/结论]SO策略和ST策略是最佳策略,提示省级情报机构服务于创新驱动发展时要注意提供多元服务、一体化服务。

[ Purpose/significance ] Scientific and technical information institutions have innate advantages and potentials to serve innovation-driven development, but they also have disadvantages. This paper tries to find the optimal strategy to provide refer- ences for expanding and upgrading the services of provincial scientific and technical information institutions. [ Method/process ] By using SWOT analysis, the paper takes provincial scientific and technical information institutions as research objects and obtains dif- ferent development strategies by matching positive factors and negative factors when institutions are serving innovation. ~ Restfit/ conclusion ] The best strategies are SO and ST, which suggest that provincial information institutions should pay attention to diversi- fied and integrative services at the service for innovation-driven development.
