摘要
为促进科技情报机构知识服务的开展,文章基于知识服务能力已有的研究成果,构建了科技情报机构知识服务能力的评价体系,对科技情报机构知识服务能力的评价内容进行了论述,综合运用层次分析法和多属性模糊决策方法构建了科技情报机构知识服务能力的综合评价模型,并综合两种方法得出的各评价指标的权重,为科技情报机构知识服务能力的提高提出5点建议。
In order to promote the development of the knowledge service of scientific and technical (S&T) information institu- tions, this paper constructs the evaluation system of knowledge service capability of S&T information institutions based on the exist- ing research results of knowledge service capability. Moreover, the paper discusses the evaluation content of knowledge service capa- bility of S&T information institutions. Besides, with the methods of AHP and multi-attribute fuzzy decision-making, the comprehen- sive evaluation model of knowledge service capability of S&T information institutions is constructed. The weight of each evaluation in- dex is obtained by the two methods, based on which five suggestions are put forward for the improvement of knowledge service capa- bility.
