柴油机SCR尿素泵喷射精度标定系统设计

摘要 设计开发的尿素泵喷射精度标定系统,硬件部分采用模块化设计,提高系统的可靠性、实现系统的精准性;基于VB开发平台的上位机尿素泵测控软件,实时对泵进行监测和控制。实验表明,该系统运行稳定,能实现各项功能,对提高SCR后处理的综合性能有一定意义。 The designed hardware of urea pump injection precision calibration system was applied with the modular design to improve system reliability and implement system accuracy. The monitoring software of the upper computer was designed based on the VB development platform, and monitor the operations of u- rea pump on line. The experimental results showed that the designed calibration system functions is stably for the expected features and make contributions to improving the overall performance of SCR system.
